Return Policy
All sales are final unless damage to the product are a clear result of improper packaging or shipper handling. Evidence of damaged item will be required in order to receive a refund or candle exchange. In the event of a damaged product customer will provide evidence of damaged item. Once approved customer will either receive a full refund or a replacement candle of the same scent. Our return policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
